Goores' Returns & Exchanges Transaction Guidelines
1.Refund requests are allowed within 48 hours of placing your order, and the refund time limit is subject to PayPal's refund time.
*Normally, PayPal refunds will arrive at different times depending on the payment method. Balance payments will be refunded directly to PayPal account within 24 hours, card payments will be refunded to PayPal balance within 3 to 5 business days, and credit card payments will be refunded to credit card within 30 days and will appear on the next statement.
2.Please check the outer packaging and product of the email as soon as possible after receiving the goods, if there is damage, missing parts, etc., please send an email to the Gooresofficial@gmail.com as soon as possible to obtain support from the after-sales department.
*Note that the support period for this service is within seven days of delivery.
3. Each product has been rigorously tested in design and production, and has been carefully inspected by the Goores team before shipment. For after-sales service that is not caused by the quality of the product itself, we only support replacement within 30 days (the freight is shared equally by both parties).
*The carrying weight of each product has been marked in the instructions, please do not give the item more than the carrying capacity, and we cannot make any form of claim for the damage caused by the product.
4.When you confirm the order, you are deemed to have agreed to the above terms.
About shipping
1. Once your order is confirmed, we will send you a tracking number within seven days. We use all kinds of international couriers to deliver your items to your door.
2.Delivery times vary by region
Europe: 7-14 days after the tracking number is issued.
North Americas: Within 10-18 days of the tracking number being issued.
Australia: 8-16 days after the tracking number is issued.
Japan: Within 6-8 days of the tracking number being issued.
Korea: Within 5-7 days after the tracking number is issued.
*The above statute of limitations is only for reference, in case of force majeure events such as holidays, the statute of limitations is subject to the period provided by the logistics service provider
3.The Goores team rejects any refunds other than the quality of the goods after shipment for the reasons set out in Goores' Returns & Exchanges Transaction Guidelines.
